By accessing, browsing, or using the PairdMe website and mobile application ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PairdMe.

To use PairdMe, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of marriage in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You must be legally eligible to marry under applicable laws in your country of residence.
• You must not be currently married or in a relationship that legally prevents marriage.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

PairdMe reserves the right to verify eligibility and terminate accounts that do not comply.

When registering on PairdMe, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share your password with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

PairdMe reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

By creating a profile and submitting content on PairdMe, you represent and warrant that:

• All information and photographs submitted are genuine, accurate, and belong to you.
• You have the rights to any images, text, or other content you upload.
• Your profile does not misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, or any other personal detail.
• Your content does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or defamation rights.

You grant PairdMe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your profile content to other registered users of the Platform for the purpose of providing matchmaking services.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the Platform:

• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information or photographs.
• Harassing, intimidating, threatening, or abusing other members.
• Soliciting money, gifts, or financial favors from other members.
• Using the Platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotional purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Transmitting any virus, malware, or harmful code through the Platform.
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data from the Platform without authorization.

Violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

PairdMe offers both free and premium membership plans. By purchasing a premium membership plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
• Authorize PairdMe to charge your designated payment method for the selected plan.
• Accept that all fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

PairdMe reserves the right to modify pricing and plan features at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers. Continued use of premium features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using PairdMe, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and implementing appropriate security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

All content on the PairdMe Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, website design, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of PairdMe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

PairdMe provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any matches or connections made through the Platform will result in a successful marriage or long-term relationship.
• All user profiles are authentic or verified at all times.

While we make every effort to verify profiles and maintain a safe environment, PairdMe is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PairdMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PairdMe in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

PairdMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

PairdMe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
