By creating an account, browsing profiles, subscribing to membership, or utilizing any features on Paird (via our website, mobile site, or applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any provision in these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our Platform.

Paird is exclusively reserved for individuals seeking a bona fide life partner for holy matrimony. To register and maintain an account, you represent and warrant that:

• Legal Age for Marriage: You are at least 18 years of age if female, or at least 21 years of age if male (or the legal age of marriage prescribed under the laws of your jurisdiction).
• Marital Status Eligibility: You are legally competent to marry under applicable personal laws. You are either unmarried, legally divorced (with final decree absolute), widowed, or have obtained a judicial annulment. Individuals currently in an undissolved marriage are strictly forbidden from registering.
• Bona Fide Matrimonial Intent: You are utilizing the platform solely for matrimonial matchmaking and lifelong companionship. Paird is strictly NOT a casual dating, hookup, friendship club, or escort service.
• Mental & Legal Capacity: You possess the full mental and legal capacity to enter into an enforceable contract and are not barred by any court of competent jurisdiction.

When registering an account on Paird, you agree to the following obligations:

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete details regarding your identity, education, profession, income, and family background.
• One Account Per Person: A user may register only one active profile. Creation of duplicate, impersonated, or dummy profiles is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate ban.
• Credential Confidentiality: Maintain secrecy of your account password and OTPs. You are solely responsible for all activities and communications conducted under your credentials.
• Identity Verification Badging: To promote community trust, Paird may invite or require you to upload government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). ID documents are held in our encrypted vault strictly for authenticity verification and will never be shared publicly.

You retain ownership of the photographs and profile text you submit to Paird. However, by uploading content, you warrant that:

• All uploaded pictures are recent, authentic, high-resolution photographs of yourself. Group photos with minors, landscape images, celebrity photos, cartoons, or watermarked studio proofs are strictly prohibited.
• Your content does not infringe upon any third party's copyrights, trademark rights, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Your profile biography contains respectful language and does not include obscene, vulgar, defamatory, discriminatory, or sexually suggestive material.
• You grant Paird a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your profile attributes to other eligible registered users in accordance with your privacy settings.

Paird maintains a zero-tolerance policy against unethical or unlawful conduct. Any member engaging in the following will face immediate profile termination and potential legal prosecution:

• Prohibition of Dowry: Demanding, soliciting, negotiating, or agreeing to give or take dowry in any form directly or indirectly. Such acts constitute criminal offenses under the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
• Financial Solicitation & Fraud: Asking for money, loans, travel tickets, gifts, cryptocurrency, or promoting unauthorized investment schemes to any member under any pretext.
• Harassment & Stalking: Sending unwanted, repetitive, threatening, abusive, or sexually explicit messages to any member after interest has been declined.
• Commercial Exploitation & Scraping: Using contact numbers or member details for commercial telemarketing, job recruitment, insurance sales, or automated robotic web scraping.
• Identity Theft: Impersonating another person, creating profiles for fictitious individuals, or claiming false educational/professional credentials.

Paird provides both complimentary basic services and premium subscription packages:

• Plan Features: Premium memberships offer privileges such as direct contact number views, unlimited chat sessions, priority algorithm placement, and personalized match recommendations.
• Billing & Payment Processing: Payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways using SSL encryption. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Strict Refund Policy: Because membership privileges, contact credits, and digital communication tools are made accessible immediately upon transaction completion, all membership fees are strictly non-refundable once the subscription is activated or any contact credit has been utilized.
• Non-Transferability: Memberships are personal to the registered user and cannot be transferred, gifted, or assigned to another individual.

Your privacy is paramount. All personal data collected during your registration and use of Paird is processed in strict adherence to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not publish your private phone number or email address on search engines or to unverified guests. Contact information is only revealed when you initiate or mutually accept a contact request.

While Paird implements identity screening, you are solely responsible for your interactions with prospective matches. We strongly urge you to adopt these safety measures:

• Conduct Independent Background Verifications: Independently verify the marital history, educational degrees, current employment, and family background of any match before solemnizing marriage.
• Public Meeting Locations: Always conduct initial in-person meetings in well-lit, busy public places such as popular restaurants, malls, or family cafes.
• Involve Parents & Guardians: Involve parents, relatives, or trusted guardians in matchmaking discussions and personal meetings from the early stages.
• Financial Caution: Never wire money or disclose bank account, OTP, or credit card details to any individual you meet through our platform.

All software, brand designs, logos, graphic user interfaces, domain names, and algorithms associated with Paird are the proprietary intellectual property of Paird and its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or its underlying database without prior written consent.

Paird acts as an "Intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. As an intermediary, Paird provides an online platform for registered members to publish profiles and discover potential matches:

• Paird does not guarantee that using the platform will result in an engagement, marriage, or relationship.
• Paird makes reasonable efforts to verify profile details but does not warrant the completeness, truthfulness, or character of any prospective match.
• The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Paird, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, or any conduct of third parties on or off the platform.

In all events, the aggregate liability of Paird to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total membership fees actually paid by you to Paird in the six (6) months preceding the cause of action.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paird from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misrepresentation of your profile, or violation of applicable laws.

Paird reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any account, without refund or prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy.
• Your profile receives verified complaints of harassment, abusive behavior, fraud, or misrepresentation from other members.
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities issue a directive regarding your account.

You may also deactivate or delete your account at any time via your account settings dashboard.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal proceedings, suits, or arbitral claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts situated in Ernakulam / Kochi, Kerala, India.
